Athletes of all skill levels are welcome in CrossFit Classes - Each class will include a Skill/Strength and WOD - scaled to each participant's needs. Classes are capped at 15 athletes and are fully coached by our team of certified trainers.

CrossFit Kids program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics. Athletics is a specialized pursuit. Our goal is to support the specialist, but reward the generalist. The CrossFit Kids program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for 4 year olds and elite high school athletes. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of our second graders and our high school wrestler differ by degree not kind. 

Open Gym

LifeSpark members who have completed Essentials are welcome to work on skills, strength and WODs, as they choose. These sessions will be supervised, but not formally coached. Sessions are limited to 1 hour, and capped at 6 athletes. All participants are expected to respect others using the facilities at this time, both in the Open Gym session, as well as any classes taking place at the time.

Taster Class

Taster classes offer a great introduction to CrossFit and LifeSpark. These classes are exclusively offered for first time attendees to get a feel for what we do! Each class is a classic CrossFit class, but using more simple movements to introduce potential members to all things CrossFit in a more controlled setting.

Advanced CrossFit classes are designed for our CRX and COX members to offer a more challenging programme and a higher volume of training. In this class you will see a greater frequency of technical movements and heavier weights.

Conditioning classes are designed to support your results in regular CrossFit classes. These classes focus specifically on muscular and respiratory endurance. They are tough, hour-long sweat-fests, and are very physically demanding. These classes are best suited to people with a minimum of 3-4 months CrossFit experience.

This niche class offers an hour of small group coaching focusing specifically on the Olympic lifts; clean, jerk and snatch. Focused work on these lifts will support development and offer direct skill transfer into class.

Our Functional Movement Screen (FMS) takes you through a 10 minute system used to evaluate your quality of movement. This screen will give us insight into any mobility or stability issues that could manifest as injuries down the line, and gives us a starting point to support your development.

Project Phoenix د.إ600

Project Phoenix is a bolt on programme, currently in a trial phase. This programme runs in 4 week cycles offering more bespoke programming and coaching for CRX and COX level members who have shown commitment to their ongoing development. Classes run for 90 minutes and regular homework is also a part of this programme. The aim of Project Phoenix is to develop a higher level of GPP (General Physical Preparedness) for members who are looking to commit to a tougher programme. Spaces on this programme are limited.

Essentials د.إ1,000

LifeSpark’s Essentials programme runs as a 4 weeks course, starting at the beginning of each month, offering 3 CrossFit classes per week. This programme focuses on teaching new members to all the foundational CrossFit movements and follows a regular class format. There is a WOD in each class. At the end of the course participants are ready to join regular CrossFit classes.
